Checking in with several people in the organization, making sure all goals are being met. Several meetings that I call "on-track" meetings where we update each other on goals that have been set up in the past making sure we are hitting the milestones that will take us from concept of the goal to completion of the goal. Checking all communication methods, email, texting, voice mail, as well as checking our daily dashboards, such as our daily bookings, daily bank balances, and daily sales metrics.


Tasks & Responsibilities May Include

  • Collect payment for transportation and accommodations from customer.
  • Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
  • Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
  • Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using calculator, computer, carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour's costs.
  • Record and maintain information on clients, vendors, and travel packages.
