• My journey in public policy began as a budget analyst in the Colorado governor’s office, managing a multi-billion-dollar K-12 budget.
• Transitioning to higher education, I embraced a role in community college administration.
• Joining Western Colorado University as a chief financial officer, I immersed myself in creating systems that prioritize student success.
• I transitioned to university president, where my vision remains focused on fostering inclusivity and preparing students not just for careers, but for meaningful and happy lives.
