- I joined Strada Education Foundation as senior vice president, focusing on higher education initiatives.
- The tragic events surrounding George Floyd and Breonna Taylor inspired me to lead Strada's HBCU Initiative.
- I now lead the HBCU Initiative, partnering with 49 HBCUs to develop the next generation of leaders.
