About Cabe
- When I was growing up, I was convinced that I would eventually play for the NFL.
- As I got older and learned more about the workforce, I knew that I wanted to work in a leadership position.
- I started at Walmart as a cart pusher when I was 18 years old.
- I didn’t want to keep working outside in the heat, so I reached out to my store manager who offered me a position as an unloader.
- A few months later, I got the opportunity to become a department manager for the dairy department.
