About Donetta
- I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
- After graduating, I got a job working for a school district as an assistant to the assistant superintendent.
- I felt drawn to help the parents and students who were struggling—I told the assistant superintendent about my interest and she connected me with Communities In Schools.
- While working for Communities In Schools, I became a FAST (Families & Schools Together) trainer for South Carolina.
- I was really impressed with the program and decided I wanted to go on to become a national FAST trainer and then an international FAST trainer.
- I currently work as a senior FAST trainer supervisor and institute coach for Families & Schools Together.
