About Clay
- Throughout high school and college, I gained work experience in retail, food service, ranching, and construction.
- I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do in college—I was two years in and still undecided when I took an accounting class, found that I really enjoyed it, and decided to pursue that.
- I started working at Cooper Farms in 2012 while I was still in school and sold produce at the roadside store.
- Two years later, I was about to graduate college with my accounting degree and was looking to move on.
- At that same time, Cooper Farms was looking for an accountant and store manager.
- I loved working for Cooper Farms so I took the position and have been here ever since!
