I embraced that failure is always inevitable. It happens. What was more important is how I responded once I failed.
About Megan
- I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from Arizona State University.
- While in college, I got an internship with Footprint, a technology firm that aims to reduce and eliminate plastics through the development of revolutionary technologies.
- After the summer, Footprint kept me on part-time, which gave me the flexibility to finish my education.
- I worked as a research and development intern for two years before moving up to a materials engineer.
- After graduate school, I looked at other job options but decided that I really loved working at Footprint and wanted to stay.
- I now work as a platform manager and have seen the company grow from a handful of people to over 200 employees!
