About Todd
- I grew up in Lake Bluff, Illinois.
- I graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in history and political science.
- After graduating, I moved to San Francisco, California, with aspirations to start a high-end food delivery business.
- I was in competition with someone who had better connections in the area, so I decided to find another job to support myself—I ended up taking a sales job for a commercial cleaning company.
- I moved on to do sales for companies in the education sector, including a start-up that allowed me to gain experience in a lot of different business areas while working my way up.
- That start-up eventually partnered with Follett Corporation and I was asked to take on a new library venture for the company—my success in the role led to more opportunities for the companies.
- My responsibility in the company grew, and I’m now leading the whole enterprise as president and chairman!
