About Jeffrey
- I grew up in a relatively normal middle-class family and was expected to go to college to become a lawyer, doctor, or engineer.
- I graduated from college and went straight into law school to get my law degree.
- After graduating from law school, I started my own practice with a primary focus of advising and consulting with companies on business challenges and corporate growth.
- I worked as a plaintiff lawyer for many years, helping consumers fight against large corporations.
- When I reached a point in my life where I could retire, my daughter had asked me how I’d changed the world—that helped light a fire in me to keep working and try to make a difference.
- That period of reflection—also compounded with having witnessed such destruction in class action lawsuits against banks—caused me to close my law practice and discover Blockchains.
- I plan to eventually build a smart city using blockchain technology.
