About Cameron
- Born and raised in Utah on a farm—says he knew it was a lifestyle he didn’t want for his future, but it taught him the value of hard work.
- A lot of his childhood was impacted by his interest in the outdoors and sports.
- Right out of high school, he served on a church mission for two years.
- Attended Salt Lake Community College with the goal of one day becoming a lawyer.
- After an internship at a law office, he decided that was not the path for him, and went on to earn an associate’s degree in business.
- A year into college, he got married and was starting a family when he found himself in need of some extra money—was hired on by an insurance company as an underwriter.
- Shortly after, he was recruited to work for Veracity Insurance Solutions as a broker with a focus on the outdoor recreation industry and has worked there ever since.
- His expertise in the insurance industry covers many areas, but he has maintained a specific focus on outdoor activities like rock climbing, ropes courses, zip lines, and adventure parks.
