Trelise Cooper Highlight
Fear doesn't go away-fear is with you, and it will stop you or you can actually do it with fear anyway.
About Trelise
- Growing up, her mother was her role model, but her mother was also a very fearful person.
- As a result, Trelise developed a fear of criticism and of putting herself out there.
- Even when she worked up the courage to open her own shop, she spent the whole night before crying in fear.
- Turns out, she had nothing to be worried about-the next day, she had lines stretching outside of her shop.
- The turnover she'd hoped to do in a week, she did on her first day, and the turnover she'd hoped to do in a month was done in that first week.
- Since then, the craziness just hasn't stopped; Trelise says she's loved it and hated it.
- Throughout her career, she's felt fear and courage living closely side by side, but she pushes herself to do things, even if she's afraid.
- Says that getting up every day takes courage, but your true fear should be of becoming someone who never takes action.
