My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
I grew up in Spring Hill, Florida.
2.
I graduated from Brown University with a degree in international relations.
3.
After gaining some work experience, I went back to school for a joint master’s degree in business and law.
4.
While in graduate school, I realized that I didn’t really resonate with any of the traditional career paths associated with business or law, so I spent time reflecting on what I actually wanted to do.
5.
An agreement I had with one of my professors opened the door for me to work as an adjunct professor.
6.
Teaching for two years was one of the most rewarding career experiences I’ve had, so I decided to commit to building a career in education.
7.
I connected with other education leaders and built my career working in online education and education technology.
8.
Now, at ETS, I’m focused on bringing to market new solutions for K-12 districts to address the needs of educators.
