Messages from Society in general:
Your personality is likely best suited for non-managerial or leadership style roles.
How I responded:
As an introvert and someone who really enjoys helping people, I've learned over the years that skills such as being observant, thoughtful, and an excellent listener are critical in the workplace. Great leaders don't just talk—they listen intently to their employees, peers, consumers, and anyone else around them.
