Day to Day
I'm retired so I approach my day with intention. My daily routine is a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise. Then I begin my Tai Chi movements to loosen up and center my mind. Since I have ADHD it is optimal that I do this. This routine leads to Qi Gong to strengthen. My actual work day begins after a short meditation. I gather my notes from the day before and review them. Then I begin as I review my outline. I spend about 2 hours per day writing.
