My road in life took a while to figure out.
Depression is not a joke. It is serious and can be extremely damaging. To overcome this, I had to get used to the idea of expressing my emotions and being comfortable with it.
Since I started to lose motivation for school, I had to change my mentality.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for everyone

Always have faith in yourself because you are your biggest supporter and hater. The only person who is stopping you from doing what you want to do is you. Instead of getting angry at a certain situation or event that we have no control over, change your mindset and have control over how you react to it.
