Accomplishing Goals

Day to Day

I come in and greet all my team members. We set daily goals and take in inputs or ideas. Prior to rush, I check all my paperwork, email, and e*restaurant to see if there is anything new, make sure everything is running smoothly, take any concerns my team members or mics might have. We get energized and do our team huddles and get ready for our rush, this includes cleaning, prep, deploying people and making sure we are ready to bring our A game. During rush I'm there to assist my team in any way!

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

I developed communication skills that are essential to having a great work atmosphere. I have this open door culture where I want to hear the feedback of my employees. I want to know what I am doing wrong and how I can help them if there are any issues. I strongly believe that if you respect people, they will respect you back; if you help others, others will help you. I also learned how to be tough and not give up on those rainy days. This can be a roller coaster and you need to be relentless!
