Accomplishing Goals

Day to Day

I come in and greet all my team members. We set daily goals and take in inputs or ideas. Prior to rush, I check all my paperwork, email, and e*restaurant to see if there is anything new, make sure everything is running smoothly, take any concerns my team members or mics might have. We get energized and do our team huddles and get ready for our rush, this includes cleaning, prep, deploying people and making sure we are ready to bring our A game. During rush I'm there to assist my team in any way!
