Day to Day

Early in the morning (6:00am) a crew member and myself begin by dropping our breakfast food in the rethermelizer and setting up our cold line. After the fryers are heated up, we drop hash browns and potatoes. I open the store by 7:00am and get everything ready for our first customer. I always am very kind and friendly to our morning customers. Remember, we are most likely the first contact of their day. If we send them off in a good mood, we are the reason they have great days!

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

Most accurately the best skill is people skill. Communication is a huge factor in a successful team. Putting yourself on the same level with your crew can help you run a green shift. Time and patience with people can go a long way if your trying to reach your goals.
