My path in life took a while to figure out

    I wanted to be a gym teacher

  • 2.

    and worked full-time when I was in college as a car detailer then an elevator mechanic.

  • 3.

    Wanted to learn about business and switched specialization to business instead of health/PE

  • 4.

    Got a job as a Computer Teacher in an inner city school

  • 5.

    Found out that I liked working with challenging students

  • 6.

    Decided to start my own school so that I can do things the way I wanted

    Don't work for yourself it is a huge risk. You can do well by working for a system.

  • How I responded:

    Follow your gut. You know what will make you happy. If you listen to everyone you will get distracted. Only you can help yourself.

  • I immigrated here when I was 14. There was not much pressure to go to college. My parents would of been proud of me no matter what path I took. I had to stay motivated and work hard to ensure that I got through college.
