Milestones
My road in life has taken me all over.
I started Taco Bell in high school. I also found out I was pregnant with my daughter that same year.
I became a single mother in college. I wanted to become a teacher, and worked at Taco Bell in the meantime.
I enjoyed my Taco Bell position so much, but it was not what I had in mind as a career. I was given many chances to become despite going to school full time, I gave it a chance.
I juggled the store, my daughter and school for 6 months. Until my current RGM was asked to resign. I then was asked to become temporary RGM.
Within my first month I passed our core and started to bring positive change into the store.
I no longer had to passion to become a teacher, I became full fledge die hard Taco Bell!!

Day to Day
I come in and say good morning to the worlds best taco bell. I review previous day numbers, look at VOCS, review day part speeds and go over the previous night inventory. I set mini goals of the day which help accomplish the bigger goals to come. I go through applications, and then start on whatever training in on the calendar. I use all my tools to help myself and my managers run successful shifts.
