My father passed away.
I moved to Florida to expand my knowledge and get my first opportunity to be a leader.
Established myself as a leader with my opportunities in Florida.
Moved back to Indiana and applied everything I learned to bettering myself and advancing my career.

Day to Day

I do my best to have the next day planned out before I leave. First thing I do in the morning is assess the workflow in my area and delegate tasks to my team members to be completed. I am always thinking 2-3 steps ahead to ensure smooth flow of materials and manpower.

Skills & Qualities Beyond School

Soft skills are very important in my current position. Being able to read peoples emotions and adjust my own to get the outcome I want from the situation.

Here's the first step for middle school students

My first experience with welding was as an 8th grader in Agriculture class. Take vocational welding in High School.
