What Team Assemblers Do

Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them, rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis. I do my best to have the next day planned out before I leave. First thing I do in the morning is assess the workflow in my area and delegate tasks to my team members to be completed. I am always thinking 2-3 steps ahead to ensure smooth flow of materials and manpower.
