Became an independent contractor- began doing fraud investigations.

THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
Fraud investigations is not for women. You are too different. You are "perceived" as not the "right fit." You are too young. It's not your talent that got you there.
How I responded:
DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NOISE. Noise = unconscious bias or fear of someone/something different. Be always your best, walk and represent yourself with pride, bring your whole self to work and own your whole self. Noise is only there to give you an opportunity to re-center yourself and your core values.
