Day to Day

Arrive 5 minutes early to your shift so you can see what's going on before you clock in. Review the day before reports and talk to the team about where your at and where you want to be. Follow up on emails, phone calls and applicants. Go into the lobby and check on the customers and meet and greet with the customers that will put a smile on your face. Get on the food line and make tacos. Repeat.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for everyone

Have goals for work and personal life. Have a friend that is positive so when you have a bad day they can help you stay focused on your goals. Keep a smile on your face even when you don't want to smile, that will keep you grounded.

From Society in General:

"I need to change the way I talk because I'm too real in the way I talk to others. I may hurt someones feels because I'm telling them the truth. I'm too young to be a manager. I will not be able to handle the job because I have small kids."
