Day to Day

I normally get to work around 8am and log into my computer. First, I check my e-mails and see if I have any voice mails from customers. Then, I send payment receipts out to people who made a payment the previous day. I might sneak in breakfast or a small chat with a co-worker before I begin my "real work." I keep track of all the customers I call on a spreadsheet, and basically just try to call them all everyday. The work its self is not hard, the actual talking to customers is the most difficult.
