Helping People

Day to Day

What really energizes? I love finding opportunities to help people achieve their goals and make a difference in our world. No two days are really ever alike. On any given day I could be making decisions or evaluating information that will help grow the business, facilitating important meetings, or engaged in people development - helping our team rethink what is possible. I also travel frequently, and my favorite thing to do is visit the talented people in our retail stores across the region.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students
