Being Physically Active

Day to Day

I would get up early, eat breakfast, and then travel to a locale for morning training (running) with or without my team. I would return home and do strength / conditioning exercises with my team or alone, prepare a nutritious lunch, and then rest or work on my personal blog that helps runners follow their dreams. Then, I would do my afternoon run, followed by whatever injury prevention measures / therapeutic exercises necessary. Then I would make dinner and spend time with family and pets.
