I help develop critical thinking skills, through mentoring, to create better process design
I attend a lot of meetings which help me understand business impacts across my organization. In these meetings I try to share new ideas based on my understanding of six-sigma and lean thinking. I also review customer verbatim gathered from surveys and share customer experiences with our processes where applicable. As a people-manager, mentor, and process coach, I help develop associates to better serve our business by giving them the skills they need to analyze and drive improvement efforts.
Here's the first step for middle school students
Get involved in various activities, inside and outside of school. The more you interact and network with others, the more effective you will be in interpersonal communication later in life. Experiences allow you to change your perspective when analyzing.
