Day to Day

Well, my day generally includes a lot of meetings. We discuss ways to solve various problems and ways to ensure our call center agents are set up for success when we are rolling out new strategies, etc. Most of what I do involves some sort of communication and decision making - with my direct team, my peer team, my leadership or associates that have suggestions or problems to help solve. We try to have as much fun while we work as possible!

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for middle school students

I think the first step is simply being a hard worker and learning to communicate effectively, and respectfully (making eye contact, not interrupting, not wasting their time, etc.) to everybody you interact with. Impressions go a long way and if you create a negative perception with somebody, that can be hard to repair. Strive to impress everybody you interact with and it will lead to success in the long run.
