Day to Day
A great day would include meeting with the IT engineering team to provide statuses on a current project. I would continue working on several documents outlining the requirements that the business users need, such as the current and modified functions, special rules and operational requirements and screens. I may need to meet with the business users as well as the programming team that codes the system and helps us deliver a great product to the users.

Take courses in Information Technology. Understand what it takes to build a computer application and what happens from a technical point of view.
