How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
You should get a regular job so you'll have a plan B.
How I responded:

Experiences and challenges that shaped me
Music Production is expensive - studio and engineer fees are really expensive. So i worked very hard to make money, did freelance jobs and retainer jobs. My album projects take 2 to 3 years to finish because of budget constraints.
Being a woman and gay at that, working around men usually is a challenge for me. They can't seem to handle having me around with something to contribute and put on the table.
