Day to Day

A great day for me starts with a morning huddle with my teammates to create a plan for the day. During the day, I meet with existing and new clients to develop and deepen relationships with them. I observe and coach bankers and tellers while helping clients to achieve their financial goals. At the end of the day, I recap with my team their success stories helping customers. Helping clients achieve their dreams by educating them on credit worthiness and saving for tomorrow is a success for me.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for high school students

The most important step for anybody to pursue a career in any field or industry is to finish their basic education. Once high school is completed, you will have the basic fundamental knowledge to achieve other goals, academically or financially. It's important to continue to learn and to go to college to acquire new sets of skills.
