Milestones

My road in life took a while to figure out.
First I had a passion for politics and government.
I was going to go to law school, but went a less expensive route and got a job right out of college.
I started working as a retail store manager where I learned leadership and coaching skills.
Then I started working in higher education helping students find their own passion.
I wanted to further develop my skills and passion in the higher education industry.
So I began working at Hobsons and have loved it for almost 2 years!

Day to Day

At the beginning of each day I open up my email to review new messages or follow up on emails from the previous day. I then create a task list of what needs to be done - in order of importance. Those tasks include client calls, implementing client deliverables, and following up on tasks that have been assigned to other team members. Additionally, there are internal meetings and trainings that I attend daily.
