Milestones

My road in life took a while to figure out.
Earned my degree in Music, while waiting tables for income.
Continued to wait tables while I figured out what to do.
Got a full time call center job that paid me less but had benefits and a regular schedule.
After a couple years I learned some valuable skills and got a job in IT Recruitment.
Few years later, decided sales was not for me.
Now I'm an Implementation Specialist, working with clients and managing projects.

Day to Day

A great day at work looks like this: Coffee, a full schedule, and working with clients and teammates to solve problems and learn. A great deal of my day involves phone calls and meetings with clients or communicating with them by email. There's a great deal of collaborating with colleagues and educating clients on our products, while making sure they are set up for success. That's my day in a nutshell, unless it's Friday - then there's a beer cart!

Advice for Getting Started
