Milestones

My road in life took a while to figure out.
First I was the benefactor of great parenting, structure, and faith.
Then I had a chance to attend excellent private schools in Cincinnati.
I spent time at an early age thinking about not just what I wanted to be but who I wanted to be.
I joined the Army National Guard in college and learned a lot about sacrifice and hard work.
I was always more interested in the person I was working with and not just the business.
Then I committed to lifelong learning and insatiable curiosity.

Day to Day

I usually arrive with a big cup of coffee at 7:15. I like at least 45min to read, listen, think, and observe. My goal in starting the day is to remain relevant in the business that I represent, and to bring fresh insights to my team and our customers. I like to walk around and get energy and excitement going with my colleagues. I aim for 3-5 impactful moments a day where I change a life, an attitude, a mindset, a strategy, a deal, a process, or whatever can nudge our business forward.
