Milestones

My road in life has taken me all over.
Denounced religon and took a spiritual approach to life.
I lost spirituality and meandered existential nihilism.
Explored biochemical and molecular themes that relate to reality as I knew it.
Became a polymer scientist.
Sold out for the money and joined the oil and gas business.
Quit the oil and gas business when I had a strong epiphany of where this world is going.
Went to graduate school for Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Became a struggling entrepreneur that will not stop.

Learning / Being Challenged

Day to Day

I do a lot of research and development for a tech startup that facilitates volunteerism and social entrepreneurship. I spend half of my days orchestrating all fronts of the business from investor relations to strategy and internal team dynamics. The other half is dedicated to other startups I am involved with or trying to create. They all start with a good idea, a business plan, some branding, a presentation, investor relations, entity filing, website with copy, story maps, etc.

Advice for Getting Started

Here's the first step for college students

Travel, do seasonal work, write business plans, write in a journal every day, never stop thinking about how things can be better, treat yourself to quality but know your means, sometimes you will have to eat peanut butter. Always question but be careful about voicing your opinion, stay neutral in the moment, attack when you have a competitive advantage. Justice over mercy, be generous, understand your environment, know your weaknesses and conquer them. Be healthy, navigate the lows & backpack.

From Teachers:

"When I was 8 I was told that my reading level was below average. My reading level was not below average, I just had issues with pressure. After I overcame that hurdle, I generally didn't take in peoples' negativity and became a lone wolf."
