Advice for getting started

To be a writer, you just write. Write in a way where you don't sanction yourself—you're not worrying about proofreading or editing. Just let whatever is in your heart and mind flow free. From there, you'll start to learn what's important to you.

Here's the path I took:

  • High School

  • Bachelor's Degree

    Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General

    University of Maryland, Baltimore County

  • Graduate Degree

    Mass Communications

    Towson University

  • Doctorate

    Education
