My path in life has been direct
1.
I grew up in a small town in Virginia, surrounded by hospitality, which shaped my passion for the industry.

I attended Norfolk State University, first pursuing business but then focusing in on hospitality.
3.
My internship at Disney opened my eyes to world-class hospitality and solidified my love for the field.
4.
After college, I was recruited by Marriott, where I started as an assistant manager and built my career.
5.
I pivoted into entrepreneurship, launching multiple businesses, including a successful Amazon delivery service.
6.
I founded Relevé Coworking and Events to redefine customer service and create a space for celebrations.
7.
Balancing business and family, I involved my children in my work, teaching them ownership and responsibility.
8.
My mission is to uplift others—whether through business, networking, or creating spaces where people thrive.
