My path in life has been direct

  • 1.

    I’ve always been pretty ambitious and entrepreneurial—in fact, I started my first entrepreneurial endeavor in college.

  • 2.

    I earned my bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship from Indiana Wesleyan University.

  • 3.

    While working at a startup and helping it scale up, I oversaw a lot of the internal operations and experienced firsthand the challenges of recruiting and hiring.

  • 4.

    After identifying phone interviews as a major pain point of the recruiting process, I set out to find a way to make it more efficient.

  • 5.

    I took the issue to my brother, who was also facing similar challenges in his work, and together we created Qualifi, a virtual hiring platform that helps improve the interview process for recruiters.
