My path in life has been direct
1.
I’ve always been drawn to education and equity, so I pursued degrees in psychology and education with the goal of helping communities thrive.
2.
Early in my career, I worked in education research, diving deep into how policy and systems shape student opportunity.
3.
From there, I began working directly with youth, mentoring and leading programs to help them access education and career paths.
4.
That hands-on work opened the door to mission-driven organizations where I could combine strategy with social impact.
5.
Eventually, I joined the Kapor Foundation, drawn to their focus on tech equity and expanding access for underrepresented groups.
6.
As CEO of the Kapor Foundation, I work to remove barriers to access and opportunity at the intersection of racial justice and technology.
