Advice for getting started
My advice is to finish before you start. Before you even start in a space, set a goal. What are you trying to achieve? That's the "finish." Work on achieving that goal, get good enough at it, and then set another goal.
Here's the path I took:

I've taken a lot of twists and turns
1.
After high school, I went to college and primarily used the experience to build soft skills that I knew would help me in any industry.
2.
My vision for my path got clearer through college and I realized I wanted to go into marketing and media.
3.
I ultimately dropped out of college and started my own company (Enthrall) in 2009.
4.
I joined the military and worked on satellite communications in Germany for the U.S. Air Force.
5.
While in the military, I continued to work on my interests in graphic design, media, and marketing.
6.
Throughout the years, I’ve continued to build up Enthrall and have built it into a comprehensive brand development firm.
7.
In addition to Enthrall, I also founded a construction company, an apparel company, and participate in a fellowship program for media students.
