Advice for getting started
Offshore wind offers a lot of opportunity for all types of people with different types of interests and backgrounds. If you're interested in getting into the field but you're not sure if you have the right background, make sure you raise your hand when you can and ask for the opportunity. Ask to be given a shot. That's the best way to figure out what you like and what you should be doing.
