About Theron

I was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana.
I built my career in a variety of industries, including sales, account management, and nonprofit executive management.
My journey into workforce development started at Goodwill Education Initiative as a life coach and guidance counselor.
From there, I really came into my passion for workforce development and helping adult learners find access, opportunity, and success.
I joined Per Scholas as the founding managing director in Indianapolis, focusing on tuition-free IT training.
I am committed to diversifying the talent pool and changing lives through intentional and strategic efforts.
