About Giuliana
- I went to law school straight after undergrad but I could tell very quickly that my perspective on the material wasn’t the same as my fellow students—it just didn’t really resonate with me.
- I decided to go back for my second year and was able to get more into intellectual property law, which I enjoyed a lot more.
- I didn’t pass the bar exam but decided to see what other opportunities came up—I ended up taking a non-attorney role at a small patent law firm.
- That role made me want to transition into the tech industry.
- Once I moved into tech, I took on program management roles for companies like Amazon Lab126 and Oculus VR.
- Now I lead the legal program management team for the Reality Labs legal team at Meta.
