About Dwayne
- I initially wanted to become a boxer.
- I had a long amateur boxing career, which helped me gain a lot of discipline that has been valuable as my career shifted.
- I got a job at the fire department and then shortly after decided I wanted to go to paramedic school.
- Since then, I’ve earned certifications in a variety of emergency response programs, including EMT, paramedic, mental health first aid, and crime scene cleanup.
- I currently work as the Community Alternative Response Emergency Services (CARES) Team coordinator for the St. Paul Fire Department.
