About Megan
- I grew up in Six Mile, a very small town in South Carolina, but was always very interested in traveling and learning about what was going on in the world beyond my hometown.
- I earned my bachelor’s degree in marketing with a specialization in international business from the University of South Carolina.
- My degree landed me in economic development, which is great because I get to utilize my skills and knowledge while traveling and seeing the world.
- While working for the South Carolina Department of Commerce, I went back to school for my MBA with a concentration in international business.
- I now work for Charleston Regional Development Alliance, where I get to travel and work with companies from around the world while also helping to boost and diversify our economy here.
