- In college, I thought I was going to become an actor but quickly changed course.
- I became a journalist and worked as a freelancer in Mexico and a newspaper reporter in Connecticut.
- I eventually went back to school for my MBA.
- After graduate school, I worked in the publishing industry and then transitioned to marketing.
- While trying to figure out my next step, it dawned on me that there were so many companies doing social good but no one was creating conferences or online content to showcase that.
- I created Cause Marketing Forum to do just that—we had our first event in 2003 and it’s been a success from the very start!
