About Lannia
- I grew up in a community where a lot of people were in health and science, so I took my lead from them and got internships in similar fields.
- I enjoyed my science internships but wanted to get out of the lab, so I went to Costa Rica to work in public health.
- I learned that I liked working in the business world for an international company but wanted to lean more into social impact, so I went to graduate school to learn about social innovation.
- After grad school, I continued to build my career in international business and social innovation.
- I eventually landed at my current role as the director of global strategy and partnerships at Indeed, where I expand our social impact work in markets outside of the U.S.
