Every day that I’m on campus I’m just happy to be there because I know that I’ve worked so hard just to get to that spot.
About Bryce
- After high school, I went to college to pursue a degree in video game design but the program was so expensive that I ended up leaving after a couple of months to take a step away from school.
- A year later, I went back to school and started studying video production at Glendale Community College.
- At the start of my second semester, I got the opportunity to leave the country to study and work in China—I spent seven years there working as a writer and studying Chinese language and history.
- I originally intended to earn my bachelor’s degree in China but I ended up coming home to try and get back into the U.S. education system.
- While considering schools, I didn’t feel like a traditional four-year college was a good fit for me at that point in my life—fortunately, I found Rio Salado College’s online program, which felt right.
- I graduated from Rio Salado College with my associate degree with an emphasis in history.
- Now I’ve decided to focus on filmmaking, so I enrolled in an undergraduate program at the City College of New York where I’m currently studying film production and history.
- In addition to my studies, I work as a production assistant at the school’s theatre department.
