About Jill
- Raised during the civil rights era by two first-generation college graduates, I was taught from a young age the importance of getting an education.
- I went to college as a psychology major but switched my major a couple of times before falling in love with computer science.
- After graduating with a degree in computer science, I started my career as a computer programmer.
- While discussing technology needs with my clients, I became fascinated with the business decisions they described that were driving their need for technology and code changes.
- I decided to go back to school to pursue a master’s degree in business administration.
- After graduate school, I ventured through a few different careers before eventually landing at BlueCross BlueShield.
- I’ve been with BlueCross BlueShield for 25 years now and currently work as the executive vice president of strategic and diversified businesses.
