About Lalah
- I went through many points of trauma and suffering while growing up—it felt as if I was constantly oscillating between times of darkness and times of light.
- Once I started getting into the creative arts and meeting others in those spaces, I realized that the experiences I had lived so far were not normal.
- A seed was planted in my mind about what my life could be if I was free from the trauma and pain—I started taking plant medicines, which ended up being the gateway to a better life.
- After working on myself and finding my own way into spirituality, empowerment, purpose, I felt called to help guide others to a similar space.
- I created vibratehigherdaily.com, an online community and mentoring program where members can take classes to help them on their journey to a higher vibrational state.
- I also wrote a bestselling book, “Vibrate Higher Daily: Live Your Power,” to help people become aware of the vibrations in the world and become in tune with their agency, intuition, and intention.
